Approve a Resolution of Intention (ROI) accepting SUBA’s 2024-2025 Annual Report declaring the intention to levy the annual assessment in the Salinas United Business Association Business Improvement Area (BIA) for FY 2025-2026 and setting September 23, 2025, as the public hearing date to consider the levy.
