Approve a Resolution approving Amendment No. 2 to amend and restate the Professional Services Agreement with Harris and Associates for the Industrial Wastewater Pump Station Improvements project to increase the schedule of the agreement and to increase the total compensation by $29,720 for a total compensation of $393,538.
