Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement with Smith and Enright Landscaping Inc. for Maintenance Services to City Parks and Facilities

Recommended Action

Approve a Resolution delegating authority to the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement with Smith & Enright Landscaping Inc. for landscape maintenance services at City parks and facilities to extend the term for an additional two (2) years, amend the scope of services, and increase the total compensation by $1,437,174 for a total not to exceed amount of $3,457,927.
