Adopt a RESOLUTION approving the FY2015-2019 Consolidated Plan; Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice; Alisal Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy Area; and FY2015-16 Action Plan and Updates to the Funding Parameters for Public Services and ESG; Direct staff to submit the FY 2015-2019 Consolidated Plan, Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice, Alisal Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy Area, and the FY 2015-2016 Action Plan to HUD.
