Agreements For Hope Services to Provide Cleanup of Alisal Commercial Corridors (FY 2025-26)

Recommended Action

Approve a Resolution delegating authority to the City Manager to execute an Agreement for Services with Hope Services for FY 2025-26 to provide regular cleanup of the Alisal commercial corridors in an amount not to exceed $51,870 from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026; and enter into a License Agreement for FY 2025-26 with Hope Services for a fee of $1.00 from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 for use of a portion of the property at 655 Elvee Drive for staging and equipment storage in support of Hope Services’ Alisal commercial corridor regular cleanup services.
