Recommended Action

Approve a Resolution adopting the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Proposed Operating Budget for the City of Salinas and Successor Agency to the former Salinas Redevelopment Agency; the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Capital Improvement Program for the City of Salinas; and a Resolution establishing the appropriations limit for Fiscal Year 2025-26 at $345,864,920.
