Recommended Action
Adopt a RESOLUTION approving the Oldtown Salinas Association's Annual Report FY 2013/14, and budget for FY 2014/2015, as required for the Oldtown Salinas Parking and Business Improvement Area; and adopt a RESOLUTION OF INTENTION to levy and collect an annual assessment in the Oldtown Salinas Parking and Business Improvement Area for FY 2014/2015; and set a public meeting for July 8, 2014 to consider the levy.
