Approve a Resolution appointing Mayor Dennis Donohue to serve as the City’s primary representative, and Councilmember Jose Luis Barajas as alternate to serve on the Salinas Valley Basin Groundwater Sustainability Agency (SVBGSA) Board of Directors JPA.
