Adopt a RESOLUTION approving the proposed FY 2014-15 ACTION PLAN, and direct staff to submit the PLAN to HUD; adopt a RESOLUTION approving amended Funding Parameters for CDBG and ESG Funds; and adopt a RESOLUTION approving a two year application cycle for CDBG Public Services Funding beginning in FY 2015-16.
