Recommended Action
Adopt an ordinance amending Sections 12-21, 12-22, 12-27, and 12-28.020 of the City’s Municipal Code, adjusting the general purpose purchasing threshold and adding a public works formal bid purchasing threshold automatically adjusted by the consumer cost index on an annual basis, including a definition for public works purchases, and adopting a best interest exception/alternative.
