Approve a Resolution appointing the Mayor, an alternate, a California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) regulated water company representative, alternate to serve as interim board members on the newly formed Joint Powers Authority (JPA) board of the Salinas Valley Basin Groundwater Sustainability Agency.
