Recommended Action
Approve a Resolution proclaiming a state of emergency in the City caused by a succession of winter storms during the month of February; and approve a Resolution approving a $1,560,000 supplemental appropriation in the Capital Projects Fund to advance fund the disaster recovery costs associated with the recent storm.
