Public Safety Center Technical Advisor and Design, Build Agreements
Recommended Action
Approve a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with McClaren Wilson and Lawrie Inc. (MWL, Inc.) to act on the City’s behalf as the technical advisor to guide the design and development of the Public Safety Center; and approve a Resolution selecting Griffin/Swinerton as the development team and authorize the City Manager to execute a pre-development agreement.
