Recommended Action

Adopt an Ordinance amending Articles XIII and XIV of the Salinas Municipal Code to allow lying, sleeping, and camping, under limited circumstances, on public property and for the storage of a limited amount of personal property, under limited circumstances on public property; and approve a resolution setting forth the public notice procedure for the closure of public property for periodic cleanup.
