Approve a Resolution approving an exception for low bid competition in accordance with the Salinas Municipal Code Section 12-27 and approve an agreement Bear Electrical Solutions, Inc to perform traffic signal modifications for the North Main Street Improvement Project (CIP #9278) in the amount of $37,102.50.
