Recommended Action
Approve a Resolution approving Amendment No. 1 to increase the compensation for the Environmental Systems, Inc. agreement by $54,414.50 for Emergency City Hall HVAC System Replacement; and approve an amendment to the Agreement terms to extend completion date through December 31, 2024 and authorize the Interim City Manager to enter into the amendment on behalf of the City.
