Design Build of Hebbron Family Center
Recommended Action
Approve a Resolution awarding contract for the Design Build of Hebbron Family Center to Diede Construction, Inc for the base bid in the amount not to exceed $10,579,600; and approve the reallocation of American Rescue Plan Act funds (ARPA), in the amount of $2,000,000 from Park Irrigation Upgrades to the Hebbron Family Center project should additional funding be required; and authorize the Mayor to enter into the Agreement on behalf of the City.
