Recommended Action

Approve a Resolution approving Contract Change Orders 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 to the HA Construction contract for the Natividad Creek Park Restroom Rehabilitation Project (CIP 9346) in the amount $39,465.19; increase in the Project’s contingency of $44,070.81; and authorize the Interim City Manager or designee to execute any necessary revisions, amendments and/or change orders applicable to the Natividad Creek Park Restroom Rehabilitation Project.
