Recommended Action
Approve a Resolution authorizing the Interim City Manager to execute Contract Change Order No. 13 to Premier Builders Inc. for the Salinas Fire Department City Hall Tenant Improvement, CIP 9300, in the amount of $129,116.00 and execute all necessary contract change orders for work required to complete the project with not to exceed construction contingences of $15,000.00 (1.5%).
