Recommended Action

It is recommended that the City Council: 1) accept the mid-year FY 2016-17 budget review report; 2) accept the Salinas Financial Sustainability Plan - 2017; and 3) adopt a RESOLUTION approving amendments to the FY 2016-17 operating and capital budgets for the City of Salinas.
