Approve a Resolution authorizing the direct purchase of one 2022 AT37G Insulated Mounted on a Ford 550 4X2 Torsion chassis, one 2021 Vermeer SC802 stump grinder at a total cost of $250,292.86 and approve a transfer of $250,292.86 from Measure X Fund 2510 to Capital Improvement Project (CIP) No. 9271 Urban Forestry Equipment Replacement.
